Here at Spirit Pilates we offer Reformer Pilates, yoga, barre and Mat Pilates in a group setting up to 10 clients. Our team of certified Pilates instructors are dedicated to helping you reach your full potential. We provide personalised instruction and support to help you achieve your goals, whether you are recovering from an injury or looking to maintain your mobility we can help you achieve your goals. We have no more that 9 in the class so you will definitely feel seen and looked after.
